Thing 2 - What is Library 2.0

Well, it's President's Day, so a holiday for me. Instead of getting ready to go to lunch with my sister, I'm learning about Library 2.0 (L2). To be honest, I was a little hesitant to start Thing 2. I am only a Media Assistant, so I guess this "thing" intimidated me. Hopefully I will understand some of it and my thoughts might be useful. All I can say is that I am excited to learn and am thankful that the Media Specialist I work for (13 Things blogger name "Runaway Train") encouraged me to complete this learning opportunity.
